Privacy notice
Last updated: 20/10/2026
This explains how Answrly looks after your personal information when you use this website and try our demo.
1. Who we are
Answrly ("Answrly", "we", "us"). We decide how and why your information is used. Contact us at hello@answrly.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- Your mobile number, so we can run the demo and text you.
- Your email address and trade, only if you join the launch list.
- What you tick and when, so we have a record of your choices.
- What you say on the demo call. It's processed live so the receptionist can talk to you, and the details you give (such as name, postcode and the problem) are used to make your demo text. We don't record the call.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, like your IP address and device type.
We don't ask for payment details for the demo. Please don't give us sensitive information on the call.
2a. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To run the demo and send your demo text: your consent (the first tick box).
- To tell you when Answrly launches: your consent (the second tick box). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse, such as spam calls: our legitimate interests.
- To keep a record of your consent: our legitimate interest in showing we asked properly.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted companies to run the service, acting on our instructions: Retell AI for the call, Twilio for texts, Supabase & Vercel for hosting. We don't sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing. We may share it if the law requires.
4. Sending information abroad
Some of these companies are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we use safeguards recognised by UK law to protect your information.
5. How long we keep it
- Demo number and demo call details: 30 days after your demo, unless you join the launch list.
- Launch list details: until you unsubscribe or 12 months after launch, whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop how we use it, or move it to someone else. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@answrly.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
7. Marketing messages
We only email or text you about Answrly's launch if you ticked the box. Every message will tell you how to unsubscribe. The demo text isn't marketing.
8. Cookies and fonts
This page doesn't set cookies or use tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll ask for your permission first and update this notice.
9. Children
Answrly is for businesses and isn't aimed at anyone under 18. Please don't use the demo if you're under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date above and, if the change matters, tell you.
